Online Coaching Terms

1. Who provides the coaching

Paid online coaching is provided by the individual coach (Curt Bartholomew or Jeannie Bartholomew) you purchase from. Alter Ego Project LLC provides the platform; the coaching service is the coach's. Refund decisions, debrief timing, and content are at the coach's discretion.

2. What each tier includes

• $40 per-jump debrief — one written or voice-memo debrief on a single jump. Available only to returning students (those with prior paid coaching with that coach, or a coach-granted override).
• $205 6-pack — six written debriefs. Coach drills included. Credits do not expire.
• $50 Zoom session add-on — one 30-minute video call with the coach plus a written coaching plan delivered afterward.
• $225/month subscription — four written or voice-memo debriefs plus one Zoom session plus a coaching plan every billing month.

3. Subscription — no rollover, no refunds

Unused debriefs and unused Zoom sessions reset to zero at the beginning of each new billing period. They are not refunded, credited forward, or transferable. You may cancel at any time from the subscription portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period.

4. One-time purchases

Refunds on one-time package, per-jump, and Zoom add-on purchases are handled case-by-case by the coach. Submitting a chargeback locks access to any submissions tied to the disputed charge while the dispute is open.

5. Data retention

Uploaded videos, voice memos, FlySight tracks, debrief responses, and coaching plans are stored indefinitely so you can revisit past debriefs. You can request deletion of your specific uploads at any time by emailing [email protected].

6. Weather-day debrief (free)

When a course session is canceled due to weather, the instructor may flag it as "weathered out". Enrolled students can upload one or more videos for a free written or voice-memo debrief. This is a courtesy service; there is no entitlement, no refund right, and the instructor decides response timing. Flagging the course closed does not affect submissions already made.

7. Zoom sessions

Zoom (or alternative video-call) meeting links are provided by the coach. We don't record, transcribe, or store the call itself. After the call, the coach posts a written coaching plan in your portal.

8. Not a medical or training certification

Online coaching is supplemental to in-person training. It does not certify you for any USPA or IBA rating. Skydiving is dangerous; follow all USPA SIM rules and your DZ's standard operating procedures regardless of coaching feedback received here.
