FAQ, Safety & Refund Policy

How is safety managed at the boogie?

This boogie will feature world-class load organising, professional photography, and USPA-standard safety coordination. Your safety and enjoyment are always our top priorities. Setting up a temporary Dropzone involves securing permits, coordinating logistics and aircraft positioning, bringing in experienced staff and organisers, implementing robust safety systems, and managing complex operations behind the scenes. Quality and safety are never something we compromise just to reduce costs.

Do I have enough jumps to attend?

Minimum 100 skydives and completion of a canopy course required. If you have fewer than 100 jumps, you may still be eligible with a recommendation from a qualified canopy instructor.

What are the additional safety requirements?

If you have 500 jumps or fewer, you must bring and wear a flotation device on all skydives. All wingsuit jumpers must also bring and wear a flotation device, regardless of experience.

What are the group jumping rules?

All wingsuit jumps must be conducted with a Load Organiser. All angle/tracking jumps must be accompanied by a Load Organiser. Formations larger than 6-way must be approved by a Load Organiser or STA (Safety & Training Advisor).

What is the refund policy for the deposit?

The deposit cannot be refunded. If attendance becomes impossible, participants may transfer their slot to another qualified person, provided timing permits.

What happens if the expedition is cancelled?

Should the expedition be cancelled (not rescheduled) due to unforeseen circumstances, full refunds apply. Refunds are issued minus banking transfer fees.

What if I have travel issues (visa denied, missed flight)?

Travel-related issues — visa denials, entry refusals, missed flights — do not qualify for refunds. Participants should pursue travel insurance claims.

What about government travel restrictions?

Official government-mandated travel restrictions (pandemics, bans, conflicts) entitle participants to refunds if documented by official statements. Border denials and security rejections don't constitute qualifying restrictions.

What if there are aircraft or weather issues?

Aircraft malfunctions warrant partial refunds based on actual aircraft expenses incurred. Severe weather preventing jump completion qualifies for partial refunds calculated on aircraft costs. Missed or forfeited aircraft loads receive no refund for jump tickets.
