Udawalawa Elephant Safari
3-4 HoursPhase 01 (from Galle) — Morning & Evening sessions available. Explore the untamed wilderness of Udawalawe National Park, one of Sri Lanka's premier wildlife destinations, famed for its large population of free-roaming elephants and wide-open grassland terrain. Morning Safari: Depart Galle 5:30am, arrive 7:00am. Duration 3-3.5 hours. The most rewarding time — animals are at their most active. Evening Safari: Depart Galle 11:30am, arrive 2:00pm. Duration 3-3.5 hours. A relaxed scenic experience as wildlife gathers near water. What to Expect: Large herds of wild elephants feeding across open plains. Frequent sightings of elephant calves and family interactions. Spotted deer, water buffalo, crocodiles, monkeys, and jackals. Yala National Park Safari
3-4 HoursPhase 01 (from Galle) — Morning & Evening sessions available. Explore the wild and diverse landscapes of Yala National Park, Sri Lanka's most famous wildlife sanctuary, renowned for having one of the highest densities of leopards in the world. Dry forests, grasslands, lagoons, and coastal scenery. Morning Safari: Depart Galle 3:30am, park entrance 6:00am. Duration 3-4 hours. Prime time for leopard sightings — animals most active before the heat. Evening Safari: Depart Galle 11:00am, park entrance 2:00pm. Duration 3-4 hours. Sinharaja Rain Forest Trail
4-6 HoursPhase 01 (from Galle) — Neluwa Entrance (Waterfall Trail). Step into the pristine wilderness of Sinharaja Forest Reserve, a UNESCO World Heritage rainforest and one of the last remaining tropical rainforests in Sri Lanka. Famous for its rich biodiversity, dense jungle canopy, and a series of hidden waterfalls. Morning Trek: Duration 4-6 hours (typically 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM). Trail length approx. 6-8 km round trip. What to Expect: Dense tropical rainforest with towering trees and thick canopy cover. High chances of spotting endemic bird species, butterflies, reptiles, and amphibians. Occasional sightings of purple-faced langurs and giant squirrels. Misty forest atmosphere and fresh rainforest air. Waterfall Trail Highlights: Brahmana Ella (Brahmana Waterfall), Duvili Ella (misty waterfall deep in the forest), Thattu Ella (multi-step cascade), and several smaller unnamed forest cascades and natural pools. Minneriya Elephant Safari
3-4 HoursPhase 02 (from Sigiriya) — Morning & Evening sessions available. Discover the breathtaking wilderness of Minneriya National Park, best known for the world-famous "Gathering" of wild elephants. Set around the historic Minneriya Tank, this park offers a unique blend of grasslands, wetlands, and forest habitats. Morning Safari: Depart Sigiriya 5:30am, park entrance 7:00am. Duration 3-4 hours. A quiet and refreshing start with wildlife becoming active as the sun rises. Evening Safari: Depart Sigiriya 1:30pm, park entrance 2:00pm. Duration 3-4 hours. The highlight — especially during dry season when the famous elephant gathering takes place near the reservoir. What to Expect: Elephants grazing peacefully in smaller groups across grasslands. Wilpattu National Park Safari

Explore the vast and untouched wilderness of Wilpattu National Park, Sri Lanka's largest national park, renowned for its unique "villus" (natural lakes), dense jungle, and high potential for elusive wildlife sightings. A more remote and less crowded safari experience. Morning Safari: Depart Sigiriya 3:30am, park entrance 6:00am. Duration 3-4 hours. An immersive experience as the forest comes alive — one of the best times to encounter wildlife before temperatures rise. Evening Safari: Depart Sigiriya 11:00am, park entrance 2:00pm. Duration 3-4 hours. Wildlife becomes more active near water sources and open spaces towards sunset. What to Expect: Opportunities to spot the elusive Sri Lankan leopard near villus and jungle paths.
